Troubleshooting
A short checklist when a rule does not behave as expected.
Sign in to the TrafficDeck console and create your first rule.
Rule saved, no effect?
Sync the extension, check that rules are not paused, then verify the URL, method and resource type. Reload the test page and trigger the request again.
Sync pulls the published rules. Pause all temporarily pauses browser activation.

Check the panel connection, clear active filters and generate a new request. The buffer is temporary and limited to the inspected tab.
Missing access or invalid snapshot?
Use the extension recovery guidance. Invalid or unauthorized configurations do not activate. For development packages, ensure you loaded the intended extension build.
Expected a full network recorder?
TrafficDeck shows its own runtime events. Use the Chrome Network panel for general network inspection. Cloud traffic recording and HAR export are outside this preview.
